Folds of Honor
Since 2007, Folds of Honor has worked towards their mission of providing educational support for the spouses and children of fallen American soldiers.
As a Service Disabled, Veteran Owned company, Tensley is home to several retired members of our Armed Forces. It is very important for us to give back to those who have served our country. Each Fall, Tensley holds The Tensley Cup, a charity golf tournament where all the proceeds are proudly donated to Folds of Honor.
AFCEA
AFCEA connects people, ideas, and solutions globally. They provide an ethical forum for military, government, academic, and industry communities to collaborate so that technology and strategy align with the needs of those who serve.
Tensley is a corporate sponsor of the Central Maryland Chapter and is active on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Tensley is proud to support AFCEA’s mission, which supports STEM Education and Scholarships.
The Salvation Army
Tensley is honored to support The Salvation Army by participating in its Angel Tree program each holiday season. Our employees are encouraged to adopt a child (Angel) and provide gifts to make their holidays special. In 2020, Tensley employees made Christmas come true for over 20 children.
Maryland Therapeutic Riding
Maryland Therapeutic Riding is dedicated to helping individuals find overall wellness and mental well-being through the therapeutic power of horseback riding. They strive to improve the quality of life of children, adults, active military, and veterans with special needs.

Maryland Food Bank
To fight food insecurity, Tensley employees raised over $2,500 and Tensley donated an additional $10,000 to Maryland Food Bank.

We are proud to support the Fort Meade Alliance. The Fort Meade Alliance is dedicated to fulfilling a mission to support the work and people of Fort George G. Meade, and help Fort Meade drive economic growth in Maryland. Their efforts on behalf of that mission generate real impact for our region through education and workforce development initiatives, transportation solutions, business connections and DoD community support.
